Any thought on using plastic ammo cans for enclosures

I was cleaning out the garage and thought these might be of good use. I would remove the handles so it won't be tempting. They have a seal on the lid not sure what if any uv inhibitors it has, but may put it out in the California sun and see what happens.

I used one last yr to house a PC power supply and it was out from late September to January with no issues.

used them for power supplies for floods, just make sure the capacitor doesnt sit on the plastic, i melted one to my carpet lol
