Cheap SSR parts?

I know a little late for buying, what prices have been getting on BTA08 (or 12, or 06, or 04-dont care), MOC3023, H11AA1 (or LTV-814) and MAX232A (or MAX2323) in low quantites?

I am seeing $0.60+ for Triacs (x8 per ssr)
I am seeing $0.50 for H11AA1 (x1 per ssr)
I am seeing $0.85 for MAX232 (x1 per ssr)
I am seeing $0.50 for MOC3023 (x8 per ssr)

I only need about 10 to 20 sets of 8-just as replacement for failing SSRs and downrev boxes...BOM cost this year seems higher...Maybe I am just whiny or cheap...

Anyone seen screaming deals on parts?

MOC3023 DIP = $0.23!!!
LTV-814 (drop in replace for H11AA1) = $0.14
No maxim driver...
 
Future Elect. update= subberless Triac BTA08 with 10mA gate drive, $0.60...

$0.43 are not subberless, 50mA drive gate....

the only issue I have had with Future is that some parts show up as being in stock, but the stock is in a warehouse in England. So then they tack on an extra 20$ to shipping to ship from England.

I ordered some Tantalum caps this way once. Not only did the shipping eat me alive and drive the per unit price into the stratosphere, but a volcano blew up and grounded all flights. I'm the only engineer I know who has had a project ruined by a volcano...

Beware of where the parts are coming from or expect a shock in the credit card bill later.
