Display HLS toolbar

This is on an XP Pro machine....I could have sworn it worked last night on my Windows 7 machine...but I can't be sure. I tried to reboot and it still won't pop up. The main HLS screen unfocuses like a window pops up...but nothing does.
 
Is there any way to reset the window location? I think it might just be off screen...My Laptop at home has a higher resolution than my work computer.
 
GOT IT...

Right click on the application window and choose Display HLS Toolbar. Hit ALT+Space and choose Move. Use arrow key to move back on screen....

hahaha Glad you worked it out, sometimes we all need that alone time to figure things out.
