Distance limitation between Field module and SSR

What ist he estimated max distance between Field module and SSR? I have a couple runs that will approach 50' and I only need a few channels in that area so I don't want to dedicate a whole field module to that area.

The max reliabile distance may dictate how I route my cables.

I'm not the expert on this, but the cable from the field module to the SSR carries voltages that turn the SSR on/off/dim. I'd think that as the runs got longer, wire resistance would tend to drop those voltages. With that being said, I've got a few runs around 50', and have no problems.

You also might consider upping the voltage regulator in the computer interface to 6v. Give this one a try.
