I just sent out an email to those affected by the faulty/flashing presale pixels. In case you missed it, let us know. This is not for the snowfall tubes.
Replacement pixel update:
First and foremost, we appreciate our customers patience waiting for their pixels. We are happy to say the pixels have arrived at the local warehouse. We are waiting for the shipment to get from US Customs and then we’ll schedule delivery to us. We expect to have pixels in hand by July 15th.
As we stated in our previous email, we have done everything we can to keep the cost of these replacements as inexpensive as possible. We have been able to keep the promised price of $2.75/string delivered to your door. Please keep in mind this is a one for one replacement.
We have created an item in the store for you to purchase the replacement pixels. Please limit your purchase to the exact number of strings you purchased for the previous pre-sale. Any orders with extra pixel strings will be cancelled and refunded minus a 15% processing fee!
We will work to ship your replacement pixels as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind we must complete a full inventory of the shipment and verify all orders that come in. We expect it to take 2-3 weeks to ship out all orders. Orders will be shipped in the order they are received. Please place all orders for replacement pixels no later than July 31, 2022! After July 31st replacement orders cannot be guaranteed!
We also have a limited number of the pre-sale strings available. These are available as “Tinkerer Specials” and are available in the store. The sale of the pixel strings allows us to offset the cost of the replacement pixel strings. These pixels are available as low as $5.50/shipped and include instructions that explain one of the ways we’ve been successful making the pixel strings work.
