For those that participated in the 2021 that have had higher than normal failure rates/issues with their pixels, listen up. You will be receiving an email within the next 24-48 hours detailing the replacement process this year. YOU WILL BE MADE WHOLE!!! We have reached an agreement for remanufacturing of the faulty pixels this year and will be offering those affected with a resolution.
If you do NOT receive an email by Thursday (1/13/22) night at midnight (CST), please email me at service@diyledexpress.com (easier to track by email).
 
First round of emails just went out. Again, if you have affected pixels but do not receive an email by tomorrow night, please email.
