Error and crash

Hi Joe, got an error that asked to be sent to you
"Next Time You Talk to Joe - Tell Him - Add Ctree Error of 37 and IsamError of 37,
DB - EFFECT, IsamFile=0, SystemCode =112 Unkown error."
Was working on sequence that had been converted from XL4,
couldn't save the file, it would still run preview and song, but couldn't save.
I now get after trying to rebuild (yes i'm in admin)
"Read Error during HLS Loading Operation - Channel Data"
Any ideas on how to recover this sequence as it was 90% done

(haven't tried renaming but that's first effort - EDIT: did recover and up and running at this point

Here is what the error message means:

A file write operation can fail for various reasons, including disk media errors, insufficient disk space, and inaccessible files due to locking by external applications.

You can google --- "ctree error 37"

CTREE is the database engine I use.
