Error retrieving vendors

I went to create a new prop and wanted to import from the vendor browser but i wasn't connected to the internet and got the error. "Unable to retrieve vendor list. Ensure you have an active internet connection."

Now that i do have an active internet connection i still get the same error. Even rebooted PC, same error.

any ideas?
 
I get the same error while connected, figured it was my firewall and continued on. Anyone else with this issue?
 
I just tested and it was working for me. Can you get to the Vixenlights.com website in a regular browser?
 
just saw this. im at work. i'll check again when i get home. not a huge deal as i can still download stuff on a different PC and copy it over. just wondering if anyone had the same problem.
 
If by chance anyone is still using Windows 7, I don't think it will work from there anymore due to lack of some security updates.
