EU plugs in the US

I'll just keep this short: if I install a level 2 EV charger in front of a US residence, can I break out the 220v and make an EU plug nearby? Ground fault protected?

some travel devices can adjust, but industrial/residential devices may not

The ones with a switch on the Side? Shoud work fine. They are running everything through a switcher and then stepping down, Not really an issue if the frequency is a bit higher.

Actually, the ultra-thins. I've always wanted to be able to just fit a PSU inside a PVC.
