For LSP is 16 guarge wire okay?

Hello I am trying to build the outlet box for lightshow pi I'd 16 guage wire good to hook up the outlets to the relay and connect the outlets together?
 
Depending on the load and how many you are wanting to string together, it "may be OK" but you could also bump up to 14 awg like used in household wiring.
