Grinch/Ren-C/Ren-T: Why is channel one dead?

As above, I have Ren-T to Ren-C to Grinch.

Every other channel of the 64 works, but channel one does not. I've verified wiring, connections, SSR's are good... I'm flummoxed!

Anyone else have this issue?
 
Is the channel enabled in your sequence?

If you move the chips on the Grinch does the fault follow the chip or stay at the one channel?
If it follows the chip then you have a faulty chip. If it stays on the one channel you have either a dodgy joint on the board or a software problem.

Have you tried the Grinch in parallel mode? ie. without the REN-C.
