I haven't done a Halloween show before, but since my Xmas show is done for this year, I thought I would start playing around with it. I'm having a bit of trouble being inspired, so I started by creating this video for my P10 Matrix. Obviously it's not done yet, but it's turning out kinda cool (at least in my warped mind)...

Maybe this will be kinda fun after all!

 
It's called Crazy Talk Animator... You can literally turn any face into a talking or singing face. Little pricey, but very cool! I believe they have a demo version you can play around with.
