How to export effects as video file

Hi as the title says. I have some effects and short videos in xlights that I want to use on a virtual matrix. I read somewhere that I can have multiple effects and videos in the same sequence but I have to export that model line as a video so FPP can play it as one video.

I can't figure out how to do that, please help.
