Intensity Level question

I'm playing with intensity levels on pixels....I found a level using the "Test by manually turning lights ON or OFF" option. Thist is probably a really dumb question...but I thought I'd verify nevertheless.

If I pick 30% in my "Test manually" option and then go into the sequenced effect (Modify effect) and set the intensity of the effect to 30% intensity level will my output be the same intensity level as the one I came up with when I did the "Test manually"?
