Is a Tektronix 2246 any good?

You will be hard pressed to find a scope that has 100Mhz capability for less than that. Digital scopes are nice but 100Mhz ones are much more expensive than that analog used one.

That's a nice scope; 100MHz is more than enough for what we do here.

No reply to my email so far

Ironically, I gave away a B&K O-scope about 5 years ago because it was sitting in my basement doing nothing for about 10 years. And now I get the urge to get back into electronics (if you count xmas lights as "electronics"). Don't really see the need for an O-scope for the average joe in this hobby, but I am having regrets nonetheless.
