I added a link to the Live Chat in the navbar. The navbar is at the top of each and every page, just below the logo.

Not until I find a replacement chat client. The current client is no longer being developed and can not integrate with vb4.

I'm guessing this is the same reason why there isn't a list of people currently in the chat room like we used to have?
