As the creator of the SSRneon, I can say that you want to do a version of the most recent board (see the wiki).
It uses a trick to put the power traces on both the top and bottom of the board.
This way, you can use inexpensive 1 oz boards !
I don't have Eagle files to share, but it would be a pretty quick layout to redo if you had a bare board in hand to copy.

Dont you need 2oz copper on the ssrez? That elimnates most cheap ones.
pcbway.com is the one i have been useing for thicker copper and odd sizee. They normal get boards built and delivered in a week.
Also as a tip a thinner boards can be drasticly cheaper shipping.
