My main control box contains my falcon, expansion boards, power, and pi running FPP. I’m using a Sound Blaster 3 for output. I have a Singtek 05B on the way. Question is - do I put the transmitter in the same box? Or do I need to isolate the transmitter (using long audio cables), or do I put an extension on the antenna and run that outside of the control box. I’ve never worked with a transmitter before and not sure how the overall architecture should look.

It depends on your definition of long. My transmitter is in a random box. My antenna is located in a tree. I have a coax cable running between the two. That coax is about 25' long.
