Possible bug report?- Issues dropping effects on elements after building profile

I thought we fixed that bug a while back. If I recall it was defaulting as a named color and matching against an RGB color was failing as a result.
 
I fixed one with the white in the RGBW multi color default, but this is with the default single color that is the off blue looking one. Most people change that color and never hit it. I'll go create a ticket to put on my list to go fix this flavor of it.
