Random SSR channels not working

I'm testing my SSRneon G2's, and only a few of the channels seem to get power to the lights. I've tested everything, and it seems that the power gets to the terminal blocks, but disappears somewhere in between there and the lights. This only seems to happen on random channels.

Has anyone had this problem before and could they offer me some suggestions?

Only if the crimping is not getting through properly. (Not sure if your plugs are the crimp type)

To troubleshoot you want to be sure what part is not working correctly.
First verify that each channel is working using one known good light. Use this same light to test each channel.
Once your confident that it is not the triac circuitry or its associated circuit board wiring you move on to test other parts of the system.
