Simple I/O TriacOut8 Identification Needed

I am looking through a huge box of classic control parts and have found something that I cannot find information on.
Does anyone recognize this and if so, do you know where I can get information about it?

Looks like the simpleio.com website is finally down. There may be some info on that board over at computerchristmas.com (without a leading 'www.'), as that board dates from early to mid 2000's.

I have a bunch of the 12-channel versions - ran my shows for a few years with them - I think I have the BOM saved in Mouser if interested - guessing they use the same parts...

It looks like the optos are driven directly from the LPT port, one for each channel.

That was people were doing back then, but there is nothing that keeps it from being driven by other controllers.

True. Could even be an Arduino to drive optos .

I have a paper copy of the manual that I've had for 7 years. I just scanned it so the quality isn't so good. I tried to attach it to this post but the upload keeps failing. The file is only 2.2MB and the limit on a PDF is 7MB so it's not a file size issue.
