Sorry for going dark. We know that you guys put trust in us and expect the best product possible and we didn't deliver on that this year. We have never passed the buck and put the blame on someone or something else, although this year was a touch one. From supply chain issues affecting chip availability, to manpower issues affecting manufacturing and QC, all the way to shipping and processing delays on the west coast. It has been a rough year. But we are very close to a resolution with the manufacturer regarding the faulty product this year. It has not been up to our normal standards of quality that you have come to expect. That's on us. We will make it right though. Stay tuned early next week for updates regarding the 2021 presale resolutions.
