Stuck zipper

Hello! We have a 9.5' Mickey Mouse inflatable and the plastic stand broke this year. Before I can even take it off though, I can't open the zipper! Any advice on opening stuck zippers and/or repairing/reinforcing the plastic stands?
I've already tried a small amount of oil and graphite from a pencil on the zipper.
