Ultimate zip tie holder

I've found the side pocket on carpenter pants to be very handy for carrying zip ties. On the side, they don't catch on anything while climbing up a ladder.

That holder is pretty slick. Nice find.

One trick is to open the bag of zip ties at the center of the bag. Just tear a hole sized to your liking to pull them out. They won't fall out that way...

I just take out what I want and use 1 zip tie to bundle the batch. As I use the ties, I just snug up the binding tie.

Could be useful to me. I too use the cut the bag in the middle trick, but I work on the North Slope of Alaska in the winter months with 24 hours of darkness for about 2 months. The glow in the dark could be helpful. We use tons of ty-wraps when building our 120' towers. The auto tighten and the caribiner could be useful.
