Vixen 2.1.1 Error

Here is the error I was told to take a screenshot of. Is there anything I can do?

For some reason I can't uninstall/reinstall Vixen without getting this error.

Have you tried a new install to a different directory. It looks like your preferences file is probably corrupt.

I'll try that.

Would deleting the directory and adding the directory of the same name work? The reason I ask is because I wrote an RGB effects program that is hard-coded for a certain directory.

I am still getting this error regardless of which directory I create.

Any other ideas?
