Vixen Control Brightness on Singing Props

I just can't figure out how to lower the brightness of my 4 singing pixel props in Vixen. I have surfed the net and all the tutorial videos I can find I even tried to find something on this forum and still have no ideal how to do it. I am thinking it can't be that hard, maybe I wrong.

You might try creating an Intensity Overlay layer. The first video on layering on the website covers this topic.

The Intensity Overlay dose not let me control the brightness. Any other suggestion.

I would be interested to see how you are using the Intensity Overlay layer that is was not working. I use it heavily to manage fades and other forms of creative brightness on my singing props. Can you provide an example of what you are doing?
