Water displays

Thanks, the laminar fountain is part of the project.
For now, I'm looking to use lawn sprinkler valves to turn on different sprayers.
To start, probably eight, plus 8 lights to fill a Ren16.
Then onto 24 etc.

My Wife, in NO uncertain terms forbade me to dig a pool and animate it with water.

I for one think your idea sounds like a ton of fun and very cool. I see no reason why you couldn't use a RENLSD (wired or wireless) or even a mixture of DC and AC SSRs with a wireless simple32 or whatever floats your boat - so to speak.

We have a small pond in the yard, and just wanted to 'animate' it a bit with a fountain.
For now, it's just a 1/2 hp sump pump, a pvc pipe with holes cut into the cap for the spray pattern,
and a few low-voltage landscaping floodlights.
But I can see a pvc pipe arrangement with 8 valves and (at first) 8 light channels.
Doing this all with 12 or 24 volts (except the pump) keeps the power safe.
