You can reach out to Dave, he may have some in the Lab. Otherwise, you can get the Gerber and order a run of PCB's

Although the Imaginarium is not as vast as it use to be, you can still get Gerbers and info. Here is the link to purchase the Gerber from Dave http://digwdf.org/store/category.php?id_category=27
