IP addressing

So I have all my old renard stuff that comes off my E131 Bridge. I have added a alphapix 4 for 2024. My connection is as follows PC-network switch one to bridge and one line to the AP4. I am able to get to the programming screen using 192.168.0.1- But now I can't get to my bridge. at 192.168.1.206 with a subnet of 255.255.255.0. on both. If someone can point me in the right direction to getting this configured I would appreciate it.
 
You are on two different subnets. Which one is your computer (laptop?) set to? (192.168.0.xxx or 192.168.1.xxx)
 
That is your reason for not getting to the bridge.
1. Change your computer to match the subnet on the bridge. (.1)
2. Change the bridge to an address on the .0 subnet.
3. Change the laptop back to .0 subnet and you should be able to see both.
 
Yes, I agree with the steps that algerdes listed. I also use the E1.31 Bridges. That is what I did. In fact I run two networks in my house. A 192.168.1.xxx is for my home and I put Christmas on a 10.10.0.xxx. I use a Raspberry Pi 4 for run my show, I set the line to 10.10.0 network and the wifi to 192.168.1. This way I can talk to the show computer from either network. I hope this helps.
