Videos in File Library

Would it be possible to allow embedding of videos in the File Library. If not, perhaps a link then? Though it would be cool to see the actual sequence before downloading it.

You should be able to upload the file and then reply with a post and embed the video in the post. If this is not functioning for you let me know.

Using the embed code You Tube provides but it just shows a link. What is wrong with it? Here is a sample:
