After a bit of discussion in chat over on the ACL forum, I created an FTP upload program. Basically, what it does is upload the specified local file(s) using command line parameters to your FTP area. This should eliminate the need for multiple, complex batch files.
Using da_FTP, you can have changing content on your web site that is synchronised with your favourite Christmas lights control software. As long as that software supports calling an external program with command line parameters, you should be good to go.
I have set up a web page for da_FTP here. Check out the help file (in the zip file) for usage details.
Please note that this is just an upload utility. It does not create any content. Web site programming skills will be required to make use of it.
