Kulp K-8 Pro initially works, then no light output when working with Xlights

Hello. Please forgive me if I am posting in the wrong forum topic. I am just now venturing into pixel lights and man it is challenging. Here is my issue. I just received a Kulp K-8 Pro. I have pixels and power supply and have it all hooked up. I have the Kulp connected to my network via Ethernet and able to get to FPP (opted for the Emmc with latest FPP installed). When I go into FPP, I can test the lights and 50 light up. All good. When I go into output, I can change the pixel count to 100, and the entire strand looks good. When I went into flights, I made a simple arch, 100 nodes, and also “discovered” and found my kilo K-8 controller. When I went to start a sequence and output to lights, it worked for maybe one second and now all pixels are off. When I go to test. The testing feature doesn’t work either. If I revert back to the last know confirmation in FPP for my kilo board. Testing works again. So I assume something is happening with xlights that’s driving my FPP or controller wild. Has anyone ran into this? Or know a good place I can start?

The Xlights zoom room should get you squared away very quickly with that information. You clearly isolated the issue squarely to Xlights. xlights.org, and on the front page there is a button to go to the zoom room.

I don't know your expertise level in Xlights. How did you configure the outputs in Xlights? You should be configuring that graphically, by click-and-dragging stuff. On the Controllers tab, there should be a Visualizer. And in the lower right, there is a Upload Output button for your controller. That's how you configure it and upload it--which is how Xlights talks Output to the controller.
