network setup question

I'm having a serious seniors moment here regarding my display network.


My show PC (running Vixen3 and com ports for LedTriks and PX1's, and the PC ethernet card configured to 192.168.1.1(not my real ip settings)

Network card = 192.168.1.1 / 255.255.255.0 / 0.0.0.0 (No WAN access)

out to a 16port unmanaged SWITCH which connects to wired rj45 jacks all over my house, garage and yard (old school)

multicast is used to broadcast to the connected e682's, e6804's, e131 bridge boards all configured to 192.168.1.xxx

NOW I have 6 ESPixelSticks driving a series of new props. (WIFI)

-I need to add a wifi router out in my garage.
-ESPixelSticks configured to 192.168.1.201 to 206

.................ip................ subnet................gateway
PC (192.168.1.1 / 255.255.255.0 / 0.0.0.0) to an un-managed switch, to controllers
............................................................................................................................................^ wifi inserted here?, to ESPixelSticks.

would the wifi be set to; 192.168.1.2 / 255.255.255.0 / 192.168.1.1 or 0.0.0.0?

What am I missing?
 
You did not give any information about the WiFi AP. That is a critical piece. If it is an AP (no Router) then you set the AP to 162.168.1.2/255.255.255.0/192.168.1.1

The ESPS devices are (IP/Mask/GW) 192.168.1.N/255.255.255.0/192.168.1.1

If it has a router, turn it off (disable it), then do not connect anything to the uplink and connect only to the 'other" ports.
