- Hardware Configuration: Updated from old GSM version.
- Hardware Chapter: Removed "Choosing Output Method" as this is covered in the "Hardware Configuration" page.
- Creating a PixelPlane: Added new image and updated language to better explain the steps to create and assign pixel planes.

2-1-13: Removed the Audio File page because the information really belonged in various places: Playback for speed control, Beat Track for filtering, etc. It now redirects to the beat track page.
