Hello,
Been doing a lot of browsing and got some cool ideas from several jigs I have seen posted on here. I ended up making my own jig and figured I would share here. It’s for Menards 3/4” J-Channel with 2.75”/70mm spacing but may work with others. I could easily design to fit other J-Channel sizes but would need the exact dimensions using a caliper. Used it to make 900 holes and this is ultimately my version 3! If anyone uses, let me know if you have any ideas for improvement. I am an amateur in CAD but this wasn’t too hard.
