Another who "who made this" question

Picked this mechanical Santa up today really cheap. He has some bad damage to the base that I will have to figure out how to repair. Can anyone tell me who made it and approximately when? He is 38 inches tall. The bottom where the info was is gone. Thanks in advance.

You could easily repair that base with expandable foam .
Oversize a rough form of wood coated with poly/plastic for release once the foam hardens .
then remove the form and trim foam to nice size and coat with epoxy and paint .

Thanks for the info. Do you mean set it on the wood form and spray the foam from the inside to make a hard layer once dry? I am new to the blow mold experience and any help on how to repair them is appreciated. I like to rescue old stuff and give it an extended life, but I have never done blow molds before.

Yes . I would make a round form a little larger than the outside circumference of base( possibly 1" which gives 1/2 all around) and staple poly to cover the inside of the form .

Stand the santa centered in the form on a sheet of poly, then fill the gap between the form and the base.
Let harden for 24 hrs ,remove the form and fill the bottom with foam as needed .
Shape with fine tooth hacksaw blade .
