Nope.
That is pretty strange. Looks like a manufacturing defect. OR..... did this happen over time? If yes, then it looks like you need to vent some heat.

This happened over a period of maybe 3 months.. I thought these boxes were rated for outdoor use? The looks of this one has me wondering..
