Corrugated Letter Mounting

For the corrugated letters and words (such as "MERRY CHRISTMAS"), what's the best way to mount them? I've heard of folks using PVC pipe or EMT conduit, so I assume there are some plastic parts that could be purchased or printed to aid in this. Does anyone have any links that might be helpful? Thanks!
 
By the way, I would like to mount the letters together using some type of frame, but would also like to mount that entire frame to the side of my house. I do have some siding clips that should work for the latter...
