Here is a plan for a quick, easy 2 foot wide star that is simple, and CHEAP to build! (My cost is about $7 per star)
Supplies needed:
1 10 foot piece of 1/4" steel rod (2" of scrap steel left)
1 7.5 foot piece of ropelight (I find 3/8" ropelight works best)
1 can flat black paint spray paint
40 4" white nylon zip ties
You will also need a welder to be able to weld the steel.
