FSEQ (FPP) exporter for Vixen 2.x

So, I've been playing around a bit with FPP and decided to make an AddIn to export FSEQ files directly from Vixen 2.x.

So far its only undergone very limited testing but everything appears to be working. Currently I've only tested it on a VMWare install of FPP and believe it or not, I was able to get the VM to send data to my Controllers. Who knew.

And yes, you read this right, it's for Vixen 2.x. We may be few but we're still using it.

I know there's no interest in this but in case, I had to update the first post.
I found a few issues and fixed them, details are at the github repository if interested.

Also, this is my first time sharing with github, so let me know if something isn't working or isn't right.

Did you click on Releases(to the right of the page), then click on the FPPExport.dll link? If you clicked on the "Code" dropdown, you just downloaded the code.
