I have expanded the Custom Effect Color selection capability.
#1. Effects use Color based on the Button Color you Pressed.
#2. Effects use Color based on "Effect Color" you assigned to the effect when your created it.
#3. Effects use Color based on a 1 of 360 possible random colors.
