This was my first year participating in a presale. I compared HLE to CDI, and for what I needed/wanted, I decided to go with HLE. I bought some 24 count cases of LED strings, and some LED nets. The order process was fairly simple, paid half then - back in February. They emailed last week that the shipment was in and invoiced for the 2nd half of the payment. Paid, and the big brown truck of happiness dropped it off yesterday.
Wow! Pretty smooth.
Pretty quick, and I'm pretty happy with this.
