How do you create gerbers in Eagle?

I am sure I am missing something very simple, but could someone be so kind as to post how they create gerbers in Eagle? I am at a loss as to what files are actually needed for the manufacturer and how to get those made.

Wow Jeff, what a fantastic find!! That truly is helpful to the beginner and definately allows for a refresher for people who have used Eagle for a while! I loved it and learned exactly what I need!

Glad I could be of help. I'd like to learn how to use this tool or something like it and be able to get boards made as well.
 
I have made PCBs for years now but I am finally sick of getting ripped off on over priced boards. Eagle has a bit of a learning curve but is great once you get used to it.
