How to bend circles.

I'm hoping to not invest too much in tools to accomplish this. I want to start building some wire frames. The circle parts should be as close to circular as possible (thanks Captain Obvious).

How do folks bend their circles?

Start by making a circle jig out of plywood and a jigsaw so you have something to lay it against to know when it's round then bend by hand. If you are unsure how to cut perfect circles out of plywood, there are some youtube tutorials that can show you how.

X2 on the HF Ring Roller. It will make just about a perfect circle once you get the hang of it.

I just built my first ever wireframe with 1/4" steel rod. I used a plywood jig and a vice to bend everything. the biggest challenge was to keep the bends all on the same plane.
