I am having some issues bringing in my J1sys ECG-DR4 into other lighting software for DMX concert lighting control. I'm trying to use sweetlight or DMXcontrol, but I cannot find the device on the IP of the DR4 through the software, and theres no option for a plugin import. Any help is appreciated!
