Led lights are on but dim

Hope someone can help me out I built a controller about 2 years ago it has a arduino mega 2560 and 4, 8 channel sainsmart relay boards this one has been perfect. This year I made another one exactly the same but this one only has 3, 8 channel relay boards but for some reason when I plug in my led mini lights the lights are on the whole time but are very dim and when I play a sequence they light up like they are suppose to but they just go dim they never turn off

sounds like you have a voltage leak can you take some pics of the wireing.

Method #2 and #4 are the same. I use this method.

I did it that way when I used them. I have seen people post pics of the resistors slodered to the bottom of the board.
Now that I have converted all my AC LED's to fullwave, I have not had this problem and have removed all my snubbers.
