Lost all controllers, elements, patches after migrating to 3.3u1

Can anyone help, i lost all my settings. Such as elements, controllers etc. Opened vixen 3 up to finish my sequence and everything is gone. I have back up on my files, can find sequence but all elements are gone. Can anyone help?
 
I had version 2, it was working fine for about a week or two. I back-up'd my files before upgrading and it played my old TIM's just fine. And today poof, everything is gone. I had about 9:30 sequenced this year already.
 
when you did the backup did you use the zip program in vixen if so could you give me a copy and let me see if I can help or if you have team viewer we could connect and I could try that way
 
Are there any logs in the log folder that we can look at? Generally when this happens it is because of a file system issue.
