If all three REN-C / Grinch combos work ok individually but you can't get the ZC when you are daisy chaining I would definitely try sending the ZC directly to each board.

Update 10k resistance on all R9's. Cat5 RS in pin 7 through 3 Ren C's to RS OUT Pin 7 0 Ohms. Same on Pin 8 Heartbeart ok on first Ren C Grinch Combo. Failure on trying to add either of the other grinch combo's[one at a time]. added one Ren c adding power through the out grinch of rj45 have good Hearthbeat. Connected in rj45 no Heartbeat. Will supply rs to each Ren c next.
