So....
Do you feel the PRO is needed for our typical use or would the DAC+ light or standard get the job nicely done?
I'm thinking the light won't work for most as without volume control it may overload many transmitters.
Since most of us would be piping this to an FM transmitter and not an audiophile level set of speakers, I would think the standard may work nicely.
Opinions welcome.....

I went with the pro because it was on sale for the same price as the DAC+ (not the light). Yes the volume control is a key feature. It works well and has been very reliable. I use it to drive an EDM transmitter set at its lowest power setting and gives good quality audio in my car.
