not enough power to trip relays

Hello,

This is my first attempt at making my lights blink to music. I created a 8 channel box using SSR's. hooked up everything and the computer pushes only 1.5 volts and wont trip the relays at 3v. I'm using a dell laptop currently to run the program. Any thoughts on how to get the power from the computer to increase so I can trip the relays.
